These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the mental4d platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use mental4d. We enforce strict age verification checks on all accounts. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception.
Each player may hold only one registered account on mental4d. Duplicate, shared, or fraudulent accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
All bonuses are subject to clearly stated wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus abuse, matched betting using promotional funds, or systematic exploitation offers will result in account action.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mental4d is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your password.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Supported channels include FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Crypto deposits in BTC and USDT are also accepted.
Collusion, cheating, use of automated betting software (bots), and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. mental4d reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.
Welcome to mental4d (hereinafter referred to as "mental4d", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). mental4d is an online sports betting and casino gaming platform operated under internationally recognised gaming regulations and made available primarily to players located in Malaysia.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and mental4d, governing all access to and use of the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, lottery products, promotional offers, and all associated services.
By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of mental4d, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. To register and maintain a valid Account on mental4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
To access the full range of Services on mental4d, including the ability to deposit funds and place bets, you must complete our account registration process and pass mandatory KYC verification.
4.1 Registration Requirements During registration, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including Malaysian city and postcode where applicable), email address, and phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
4.2 KYC Documentation. mental4d applies identity verification requirements consistent with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Players may be required to provide one or more of the following:
4.3 Verification Timing. mental4d may request KYC documents at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a significant change in account activity, or at any time deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. mental4d will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. mental4d supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Malaysian players: FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20).
5.2 Currency. All real-money transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. mental4d does not accept responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via FPX, DuitNow, and eWallet platforms (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) are credited to your Account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. mental4d does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours. Most approved withdrawals via local bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are completed within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawal requests that trigger additional KYC review may require additional processing time. mental4d reserves the right to verify source of funds before processing any withdrawal.
5.5 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar day, varying by account VIP tier.
5.6 Payment Method Consistency. Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit. mental4d may request additional verification if you wish to withdraw via a different channel from your deposit method.
6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers on mental4d are available to eligible registered Players who satisfy the specific conditions stated in each offer. Offers may be restricted by account tier, geographic location, registration date, or prior promotional usage.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering", all bonuses awarded by mental4d are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier, eligible game contributions, and time limits are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets and live casino games may contribute at different rate than slot games. Full contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms and conditions.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Players may not hold more than one active welcome or deposit bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted in the relevant promotion terms.
6.5 Bonus Abuse. mental4d strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; coordinated play between multiple accounts; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit from bonus funds; or any other form of arbitrage using promotional funds. Where bonus abuse is detected, mental4d reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, forfeit all bonus-derived winnings, and close the Account.
6.6 VIP Programme. Participation in mental4d's VIP Programme is subject to separate terms disclosed at the time of tier advancement. Tier status and associated benefits may revised or withdrawn in the event of account violations, reduced activity, or changes to the programme structure.
7.1 Bet Placement. All bets placed on mental4d are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirmation. mental4d does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after confirmation, except as expressly permitted under specific market rules.
7.2 Odds. mental4d quotes odds in decimal format by default. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager. In-play betting odds fluctuate in real time; the odds shown at the moment of acceptance are binding.
7.3 Void Bets. mental4d reserves the right to void any bet where: the event is cancelled; there is a clear and obvious error in odds due to a technical malfunction or data feed error; the bet was placed after the relevant event's outcome was already determined; or fraudulent activity is associated with the bet.
7.4 Maximum Winings. Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits vary by sport, market type, and account tier, and are disclosed within the betting interface. mental4d reserves the right to restrict maximum stakes and payouts on specific markets or for specific accounts.
7.5 Disputes. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, mental4d's determination based on official result data shall be final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mental4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referal to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the mental4d Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, text, graphics, logos, software code, game assets, promotional materials, and brand elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of mental4d or its licensed partners, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as a registered Player. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express prior written consent from mental4d.
The mental4d brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of mental4d. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in advertising, social media, or third-party promotional materials — is strictly prohibited.
10.1 mental4d provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from downtime, technical failures, or scheduled maintenance.
10.2 mental4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, even where mental4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mental4d's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
10.4 mental4d is not liable for losses arising from: your failure to comply with these Terms; changes in law that affect your ability to access or use the Platform; third-party payment provider failures, delays, or errors; force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

mental4d reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, mental4d will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes, where reasonably practicable.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to close your Account.
The date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently updated. We encourage Players to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mental4d holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and mental4d arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any Services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting mental4d's customer support team. The team will endeavour to address your concern within 5 business days of a formal written complaint being submitted.
13.3 Formal Disputes. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of initial contact, you may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process specified by mental4d's licensing authority. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available upon request from the support team.
13.4 Binding Arbitration. Subject to applicable law, both parties agree that any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral authority. Arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.
